Nineteen years as a senior leader in a top FTSE 100 retailer. Twenty managers under me, 500-plus colleagues, a £1M budget every week. High-stakes commercial calls under real pressure, every day. I didn't leave to escape that. I left to do the sharpest version of it, with founders, on work that actually moves.
I work as a Fractional CEO: your strategic partner inside the business. Not a coach. Not an accountant. But don't read that as soft, the numbers sit under everything we do. I've sat at the level you're climbing towards, made the calls you're about to make, and carried the budget you're working up to. That's the difference. You didn't build this to be the bottleneck inside it.
I'm an accredited strategist, award winning CPD Coach in performance and executive coaching and a qualified personality profiler. I put the same frameworks I ran at FTSE scale to work on businesses the size of yours. I built my own to six figures with them.
My clients get results because I don't trade in fluff. I do the detail, the honest conversations, and the structure most people swerve. And I care how it goes for them, so it always starts with meeting them where they actually are.

To help serious founders build what matters. To create success on their own terms, so the business, and the life they are building around it, becomes something worth having. Something they are proud of. And dare I say it, something that is actually fun too.
