I'm Natalie Potts,

 

A Business Strategist and CPD award winning Coach.

And of course a lady with a strong mission, vision and values intent on living a great life with those I love, simply by running a business I love.

After 19 years in operational and strategic roles at a top FTSE 100 business in the corporate world, I stepped away from leading high performing teams with my proven track record of high performance. I knew deep down I needed to re-focus on growing my own business if I was going to be truly happy, fulfilled and successful on my own terms.

As someone who is multi passionate in business, I know how restrictive it can be and feel when you don’t fit into a conventional box. It was whilst studying to become a coach where I was exposed to the world and my passion for personal development where I went on to win CPD Coach of the year at The International Coaching Awards.

In 2023, I qualified as an Accredited Business Strategist and am passionate about helping mission led business owners create more money in their business through strategy and being unapologetic in their pursuit for greatness in business and life.

That's why you'll often catch me in the gym or enjoying moment with friends and family when I am not working.
